 Pasang Sherpa, Owner and Managing Director of Himalayan High Treks (Pvt.) Ltd. with over 30 years of experience has a commitment to top quality service and responsible tourism. He is actively involved with the tourism scenario in Nepal and served as the member of Trekking Agents Association of Nepal (TAAN).
Pasang's extensive field experience, complemented by well-developed people skills, assures that every trek, expedition and venture is planned in detail from start to finish. He has personally trekked most routes, and knows villagers along the way.
Himalayan High Treks provides expert arrangements for all types of adventure travel throughout the Himalaya: from treks of one to thirty days, to full scale mountaineering expeditions and short duration Trekking Peak climbs. We also organize rafting, kayaking, bird watching, wildlife viewing, cultural and study tours.
Each trek is custom-designed with extraordinary features: an off-the-beaten-track extension, an overnight stay or a meal in a village home, a visit to a conservation project site, participation in a local festival or a personal blessing from a high lama. The itineraries and the programs are modified to suit the client's time schedule, ability, interest and even a last minute change in the weather.
All the Himalayan High Treks staff shares a concern over the environmental impacts of mountain tourism. Eco-tourism practices are strictly adhered to and porters and staff are supplied with warm clothes and safety gear.
